Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to wholesale purchases made through our e-commerce store. As a distributor to businesses, we generally do not offer refunds on orders. However, we understand that situations may arise that require exceptions.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All wholesale purchases are final sale.

Damaged Goods:

  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Before returning any products, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at support@globalonlinepr.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. We will gladly replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
  • To expedite the replacement process, please include photos of the damaged goods and packaging material with your request.

Book Fairs:

  • Since books are provided on consignment for book fairs, there are no returns accepted.
  • Unsold books will be picked up after the conclusion of the fair.
